The Panel also reviews its terms of reference each year and this report proposes that the review takes place at the Panel’s Summer 2025 meeting, the date of which is to be confirmed as part of the next Municipal Year. This is so that any changes in Government policy following the Grenfell Inquiry Phase 2 report can be considered
