  ·       The decision regarding ‘London Road Decarbonisation Project’ was called-in by the Scrutiny Committee and considered at the meeting on 6 January 2026 (minutes to follow). Scrutiny Committee have referred the matter back to Cabinet for further consideration in accordance with the Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rules, due to concerns regarding value for money.

   

  Cabinet are to reconsider the decision in light of the resolution passed by Scrutiny Committee, as follows:

   

  RESOLVED to refer the London Road Decarbonisation Project back to Cabinet for reconsideration due to concerns that the project did not represent good value for money.
