  Review of and Statutory Consultation on the Statement of Licensing Policy 2024 - 2029

  

  Report of the Director of Public Safety.

   

  This report highlights the purpose of Camden’s Statement of Licensing Policy under the Licensing Act 2003 and the process followed to review and amend the current Policy.

   

  The report presents a draft Statement of Licensing Policy 2024-2029 at Appendix 1 and asks the Licensing Committee to consider and comment on the draft Policy and recommends that the Committee authorise a 12-week public consultation on the draft Policy.
