Meeting of the full Council Following a complaint made by the 3 Cowbridge Ward Members (Cllrs. Cox, Jarvie and Parker) regarding a comment made by Cllr Kemp during the 26 February 2020 Council Meeting and relating to the 3 Members, Cllr Kemp has retracted his comment and the webcast of the Meeting has been muted at the relevant point.
