  Members are invited to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests (DPIs) and other registrable and non-registrable interests they may have in relation to any item(s) of business on today’s agenda.

  Exclusion of Press and Public

  

  The Committee is invited to resolve that the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Agenda Item No.4, on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 to Schedule 12A, as amended, of the Local Government Act 1972.

  Position of Director of Finance and Deputy S.151 Officer

  

  Following on from the meeting of the Committee, to be held on Wednesday 7 December 2022, at which, the shortlisting of suitable candidates is to be undertaken, the Committee is invited to interview those candidates shortlisted at that meeting for the above position within the Council.
